Do you offer logo design?

We offer a variety of design services. Most design services we offer are free of charge, but we do provide custom solutions depending on your needs. Please reach out for a quote.

  What is your typical turnaround time?

 Turnaround time for standard projects is 10 days after “proof approval”.   This timeline can be longer based on project complexity, backorders, holidays, or shipping delays.

I’m in a RUSH. Do you offer any rush products?

We have a variety of over 500+ 24 hour production items. With rush production items we will likely have to waive proofs and potentially expedite shipping.

Do you offer custom products?

With the help of our partner factories, we can create fully custom promotional products. Be aware that most custom products take 60-90 days for full production.  

What does this process look like from start to finish?

You provide us some details of the event or list of products you are looking for. Our team gets to work sourcing products that fit that event, product need, budget, or theme. We will send you a formal presentation of options of products to choose from. Once selected, we mockup a design with your logo on that product(s). Next, we supply you an order acknowledgement that gives all order details, except shipping costs. We will then draft a formal proof that must be approved by you before any product is sent to production. Once shipped, we provide tracking information for you to track your items!
